Trying a ten year old as an adult

I think that trying the ten year old as an adult is a  bad idead. I think the child ahd no idea what he was doing and shouldnt be held responsible. This matter lies in teh hands of the police and teh court so they would know what to do. In my opinion the kid should be let go since he did not know what he was doing.
